We provide client services for food, diapers, and utlitily bill assistance every Friday from 9:00AM to 11:30AM and for clothes on Tuesday 9:00 to 11:30 AM. Park across the street (17th Ave.), get a number (and a small ticket for billing assistance) and then come to our building when your number is called by one of our volunteers.
All are welcome.
We give out beans (1lb.), rice (1lb.), canned goods, cereal, pasta, bread, pastries, a pack of frozen meat (when available) and other basic stables donated to, or purchased by Stillpoint. We provide a 48oz bottle of cooking oil the first Friday of the month.
Diapers and Infant Safety Items
We provide a weekly supply of diapers for each child in sizes from newborn to size 6 for infants up to 3 years of age and baby or adult diapers for special needs children. We also supply adult diapers in packs of 7. We provide a month’s supply of wipes every first Friday of the month. We also furnish car seats and strollers as available.
Every child is eligible to receive a book.
Depending on supplies, every Friday we give out dishes, glasses, linens, bedding, small appliances, lamps, durable medical equipment and decorative items.
Through our benevolent fund, we help with partial payments for utility bills — including electric, water and TECO gas. We pay $75 for one utility bill once every 3 months for each client in need.
Our clothing distribution includes items, as available, for women, men and children on Tuesday 9-11:30 AM.
